Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved just for you, and I value your time as much as I value mine. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to offer your spot to another guest.
No-shows and day-of cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee. A card on file is required to reserve your time but will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
I understand that life happens, which is why I offer a one-time grace for emergencies. Thank you for respecting my policies and helping me run a business that supports both of us.
By booking an appointment with Wander West Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to all cancellation and no-show policies. Fees incurred for late cancellations or missed appointments are considered liquidated damages and are legally enforceable under Montana law.
